Terms of Service

1. Service description

ShePix provides AI-powered photo enhancement services on a pay-per-use basis. You upload photos, pay via Stripe, and receive enhanced versions. No account creation is required.

2. Acceptable use

By using ShePix, you agree that you will not:

• Upload photos of people without their consent
• Upload photos of minors without parental consent
• Upload illegal, harmful, or explicit content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or abuse the service
• Use the service for commercial resale without our written permission
• Submit photos that infringe third-party intellectual property rights

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Refund policy: Because AI processing begins immediately after payment and photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours, we are generally unable to offer refunds once processing has started. If processing fails due to a technical error on our side, we will offer a full refund. Contact shepix.studio@gmail.com within 24 hours with your job ID.

4. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of your photos and the enhanced results. By uploading, you grant ShePix a limited, temporary licence to process your photos for the sole purpose of providing the enhancement service. This licence expires when your files are deleted (within 24 hours).

We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not claim any rights to your images.

5. Limitation of liability

ShePix provides the service “as is”. We do not guarantee that enhancement results will meet your specific expectations. The service is provided for personal use; we accept no liability for commercial loss.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party service outages (Replicate, Stripe, Cloudflare) may cause temporary unavailability.

7. Data and privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Key point: all photos are permanently deleted within 24 hours.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by EU law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the EU member state where ShePix is registered.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we will update the “last updated” date.
